St. Louis Osuwa Taiko is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and relies on support from members, friends, and fans to maintain our studio, equipment, classes, and costumes.

In recent years, we have received funding though the crowdsourcing sites Indiegogo and Kickstarter to help finance major projects. These include visiting and learning from our parent group, Osuwa Daiko in Suwa, Japan, in 2014, as well as our latest CD release, Misotose, in 2016.

Thanks and Credits

We owe many thanks to Terry Good, Sue Greenberg, and the Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts for selflessly (and feelessly) helping us to incorporate as a 501(c)(3) organization.
